Join a group of other interns dedicated to making a difference in Beijing. After a week of intensive orientation, you will work full-time at your internship for the next six weeks.
You will work on the cutting edge of pandemic disease prevention. Your marketing internship will be with a life sciences company that developed the equipment for testing the SARS disease of 2003 and the platform for the testing for current H1N1 virus.
After work and on weekends you will be free to explore the mystery and history of this ancient capital. Grab a bicycle and follow the flow of folks as they go about their daily business. Take a walk on the wildside and order off the menu at a local eatery. After a day out exploring you might be ready to kick back in a comfortable chair, drink some fresh tea and prop up those tired toes and understand why reflexologyis just so relaxing and healthy.
You will be working in the Marketing department helping with publicity materials and web updating using your fluent native English.

You, our staff and the other interns live together in shared rooms in a university dormitory provided by a local University in Beijing. The dormitory has a cafeteria and common areas. You’ll share a room with just one other person and have a private bathroom and shower. You will take public transportation to work, try the local cuisine and quickly adapt yourself to the thrills and realities of life in China's capital city.
Breakfast will be served Monday through Friday, but lunches are on your own. Most interns will eat at their workplace or will sometimes be invited to eat out with their co-workers. Dinner is served from Monday to Thursday, but not on Friday, Saturday or Sunday; this allows you to explore local restaurants or travel on the weekends.
